Lake Pelican Water Project District 
Lake Pelican Water Project District along with Lura township and Grant Country completed a culvert revision with a roadraise on 151st Street in Lura Township in the Upper Big Sioux basin.
This project is a water quality and short term water retention project. Lura township had problems with culvert and road erosion into the stream.
